These guys know what they are doing. If you need a new engine for your car, don't go anywhere else. - Frank T (5 star review found on Google)

One of the best automotive shops that I've ever been to. Harry the owner is very courteous and honest. He doesn't tell you that you need something that you don't. He is also very reliable when your car is supposed to be ready it is done on time. I would recommend this shop to everyone. - Edward K (5 star review found on Google)

At minimum, please consult Engine Exchange when facing seemingly difficult or impossible engine problems. I find them to be very reasonable, consultative, and quite diligent in identifying root cause of the problems. My 1995 Honda Civic had died 5 years ago per one mechanic, due to bad gasket. I took it to Engine Exchange, and for a reasonable price, I got 5 more years out of it. I have my reasons as to why am I still interested in keeping this car, but the gasket is giving problems again, and for sure, I will take it to Engine Exchange before making further decisions. - Alkesh N (5 star reivew found on Google)

The owner, Harry Spaven is a wonderful person. He is honest and honest about the possibilities. He won't just say I can fix it, he worked with me in giving me certain expectations with my car which is getting to about 160,000 miles. He said if its a compression loss then its not worth the cost to fix it since the car would be worth less than the repair. But he worked with me on the price to have it checked out. Luckily it was just an issue with the coil over which caused misfire and a reduction of power. What made me dread a massive repair and or scraping the car lead to a sigh of relief when he called to say the problem was minor and the repair bill was truly reasonable. In fact you know he's honest when you come in to get the car and pay and even before you pay he give you a box (the box for the new repair item) with the old item there for you to do whatever. This is important because I know of a lot of places that will claim they repaired something but never give you the broken part because they are scamming you. I was going to bring my car to Honda & Acura Repairs By Tony since I drove by it a few times and my car is a Honda but looking at the reviews there is something off putting by the reviews. So I called an auto body shop I have used before Union Collision and they recommended Engine Exchange. I am glad I called. Thank You Harry! - Jay C (5 star review found on Google)

Got my car, which I thought was beyond repair, back on the road. Very quick turnaround and great communication on the phone dealing with questions about the repair. - Kerry O (5 star review found on Google)

Harry, the owner, is a saint. I brought my truck to Engine Exchange after I got stuck in Summit and he was honest and up front about everything the whole way. Harry even helped me figure out what to do next and let me leave my car at the shop till I could decide what to do with it. Couldn’t ask for more out of a mechanic in a world full of crooks and scammers. Thanks Engine Exchange! - Joe  C (5 star review found on Google)
